Shipping & handling

Shipping costs are already included in the total price. I don’t charge any extra handling fees the prices are final.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 6-7 business days after payment

You’ll receive a confirmation Email and a tracking number the moment your parcel is on its way.

Carriers

Domestic (Germany)

Insured parcel via DHL / Deutsche Post (up to 5 kg).

International / EU:

• Small/light items (like screens) ship via Deutsche Post (German Post) with tracking number

• Larger items ship via UPS with tracking number

Reliability

I pack very carefully and have an excellent delivery record.
